Author Guidelines

  1. FORMAT FOR ORIGINAL ARTICLE (RESEARCH REPORT)
  • Title: It must be brief, specific, informative, and written in English. It must contain a maximum of 15 words, with the first letter of each word capitalized, and must not include the location of the research in the title.
  • Name(s) of Author(s): should include author(s)' full name(s)
  • Affiliation(s): listed sequentially using a number (1) and the name of the department(s) to which the author(s) are affiliated (including the city and the country).

 The manuscript for Original Article must follow the provisions below:

  • Abstracts: should be written in standard English and Indonesian, using 12-point Times New Roman font, 1.5 spacing, and presented in a single paragraph without indentation. The abstract should be between 200 and 250 words long and should provide a concise yet comprehensive overview of the entire article. The abstract must contain the following elements in sequence: A brief introduction explaining the context or background of the problem, A clearly outlined research objective, The research method, including the research design, sample, data collection techniques, and analysis used, The main research findings, presented concisely, concisely, and based on data and A conclusion, emphasizing the core findings and the research's contribution to the field of study. The abstract should not include figures, tables, mathematical formulas, unexplained abbreviations, or references.
  • Keywords: The keywords represent the core discussion of the article. It consists of 3-5 words. The Keywords should be referring to https://meshb.nlm.nih.gov/search
  • Introduction: The introduction should consist of four main paragraphs, each serving a specific purpose in building a clear and logical foundation for the study. The first paragraph should describe in detail the main problem that forms the background of the study. The second paragraph explains the scale and magnitude of the problem at the global, national, and local levels. The third paragraph outlines the chronology of the problem, including how the issue emerged, the influencing factors, and how the situation has evolved over time. The final paragraph presents possible solutions or approaches to address the problem discussed in the previous sections.
  • Methods: Explain in detail about the research design, settings, time frame, variables, population, samples, sampling methods, instruments, data analyses, and information on ethical clearance. This chapter may be divided into sections if several methods are used.
  • Results: This section may be further divided into subsections with subheading. Describe the significance of your findings and the most important part of your manuscript. Follow a logical stream of thought; in general, the interpretation as well as the experimental conclusions that can be drawn.
  • Tables: are presented in table formats (not in Excel or JPG). Cite tables according to the first appearance in the manuscript and written in ascending Arabic numerals. Label of the table also uses Arabic numerals (e.g., “Table 1”, “Table 2”, and so on), followed by a brief descriptive title. (Times New Roman font 11, single line spacing).
  • Figures: use center alignment format, JPEG format (not less than 300 dpi). Cite figures according to the first appearance in the manuscript and written in ascending Arabic numerals (Figure 1, Figure 2, so on).
  • Discussion: Authors should explain how the results relate to the hypothesis presented as the basis of the study and provide a succinct explanation of the implications of the findings, particularly in relation to previous related studies and potential future directions for research. The content of the discussion includes: the explanation of results, references to previous research, deduction, and hypothesis.
  • Conslussion: This should clearly explain the main conclusion of the article, highlighting its importance and relevance as well as suggestion or recommendation for further research.
  • Acknowledgments: Mention the acknowledgment statement to the institution or person which has a contribution to your article (if any).
  • Conflict of Interest: State the conflict of interest (if any).
  • Funding: State if there is any funding for your article.
  • References: References are arranged according to American Psychological Association 7th edition writing style. It is not included in the abstract and resume. Preferably use references from scientific articles (with issues not exceeding the last 5 years) and textbooks maximum published in the last 10 years. Author can use special applications for bibliography such as: Mendeley®.
  • Plagiarism: Articles must meet the plagiarism requirement of <= 21% (Turnitin software is recommended). Proof of plagiarism check results can be submitted and uploaded at the time of submission.
