Dampak Pelatihan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Perawat dan Kinerja Pelayanan di Klinik Manajemen: A Cross-Sectional Study

Abstract

Abstrak: Kepemimpinan efektif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan kepuasan tenaga kesehatan. Namun, akses terhadap pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi perawat di klinik manajemen masih terbatas. Penelitian potong lintang ini melibatkan 100 perawat dari 10 klinik manajemen di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang telah divalidasi (Cronbach’s alpha = 0,89) dan dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square serta odds ratio (OR) dengan interval kepercayaan 95%. Hanya 44% perawat yang pernah mengikuti pelatihan kepemimpinan. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa perawat yang mengikuti pelatihan memiliki peluang lebih besar mengalami outcome positif, dengan OR tertinggi pada persepsi manajer suportif (OR = 6,00; 95% CI: 2,68–13,40), diikuti kolaborasi tim (OR = 5,45), kualitas pelayanan (OR = 5,17), dan kepuasan kerja (OR = 4,21), semua signifikan secara statistik (p < 0,05).  Pelatihan kepemimpinan secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, dinamika tim, dan kualitas pelayanan. Program pelatihan perlu diintegrasikan ke dalam pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan bagi semua perawat.
