About the Journal
NUTRITURE JOURNAL is an open access and peer-reviewed journal published three times a year (April, August and December) by the Nutrition Department of the Health Polytechnic, Ministry of Health, Malang. This journal contains research articles in the field of nutrition and health, with aspects of clinical nutrition, nutritional biochemistry, community nutrition, sports nutrition, food service management, functional food, as well as pharmaceutical and food analysis.
NUTRITURE JOURNAL is available online using the Open Journal System (OJS), so authors must register first and upload article drafts online. Authors, readers, editorial boards, editors and peer reviewers can view the article process in OJS.

NUTRITURE JOURNAL (e-ISSN: 2828-9552) merupakan open access and peer-reviewed journal yang diterbitkan dengan frekuensi tiga kali dalam setahun (bulan April, Agustus dan Desember) oleh Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Malang. Jurnal ini memuat artikel penelitian (research article) di bidang gizi dan kesehatan, dengan aspek gizi klinik, biokimia gizi, gizi masyarakat, gizi olahraga, food service management, pangan fungsional, serta analisis farmasi dan makanan.
NUTRITURE JOURNAL tersedia dalam bentuk online menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS), sehingga para penulis harus mendaftar terlebih dahulu dan mengunggah draf artikel secara online. Penulis, pembaca, dewan redaksi, editor, dan peer review dapat melihat proses artikel dalam OJS.
