DAMPAK SOSIAL EMOSIONAL REMAJA SELAMA SOCIAL DISTANCING : LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract

Untuk mengendalikan Pandemi COVID-19, Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengeluarkan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Masyarakat termasuk remaja diharapkan tetap tinggal di rumah dan diwajibkan bersekolah dari rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak dari pembatasan sosial berskala besar terhadap kondisi sosial-emosional pada remaja. Penelitian ini merupakan literature review menggunakan mesin pencari jurnal online PubMed, Wiley, ScienceDirect, SpingerLink, Proquest, BioMed Central Health dan google schoolar. Kriteria jurnal yang digunakan adalah yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2020. Hasil  menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan interaksi remaja dengan teman sebaya dan orang tua. Sedangkan kondisi emosi menunjukkan bahwa anak perempuan lebih rentan mengalami gangguan emosi dibandingkan anak laki-laki. Gangguan emosional yang muncul adalah stres, depresi, dan kecemasan.
