Physiologically, hemodilution occurs in pregnant women in the third trimester, which results in a decrease in hemoglobin levels, which allows pregnant women to experience anemia. The results of Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data from 2013 to 2018 state that in Indonesia the incidence of anemia in pregnant women has increased, from 37.1% to 48.9%. The aim of the study was to analyze the relationship between the age group of high-risk pregnant women and the incidence of anemia in the third trimester. This research uses a retrospective study approach. The population used was 69 pregnant women in the third trimester at the Kalisat Community Health Center from January to December 2022 based on high risk age, a sample size of 41 and using simple random sampling. The measuring tool uses a medical record study observation sheet with Chi Square Test analysis. In the study, the p value was 0.233 > ? 0.005, which means there is no relationship between the age group of high-risk pregnant women and the incidence of anemia in the third trimester at the Kalisat Community Health Center. In this study, through the bivariate chi-square analysis test results were obtained (p-value = 0.233), it was found that there was no relationship between the age group of high-risk pregnant women and the incidence of anemia in the third trimester at the Kalisat Community Health Center
