Plagiarism Policy
Health Access Journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes plagiarism seriously. All manuscripts submitted to this journal will be screened for plagiarism using appropriate plagiarism detection software (such as Turnitin or other similar tools).
Manuscripts that are found to contain plagiarism, including but not limited to copying text, ideas, data, or figures without proper citation, excessive similarity, or self-plagiarism, will be rejected.
The journal applies a maximum similarity threshold of no more than 22% overall similarity, with no more than 5% similarity from a single source, excluding references, quotes, and commonly used phrases.
If plagiarism is detected at any stage of the publication process—before or after publication—the journal reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines, including rejection of the manuscript or retraction of the published article.
