Ketrampilan Adaptasi Diri Self Adaptation Skill dan Tingkat Depresi Pada Penderita Kanker Payudara

Abstrak

This research is experimental pre experimental type one pretest posttest design, which aims to analyze the influence of self adaptation skill to depression level of patient with breast cancer conducted at Wisnuwardhana Cancer Foundation Surabaya and Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. The sample in this study was breast cancer patients, large sample 15 to qualify the releability of data in pre experimental studies. The sampling technique was conducted by purposive sampling on subjects that met the criteria of the study. Intake of data using the scale of early detection of depression and measurement before and after getting the treatment of self adaptation exercises. Data analysis using Wilcoxon Signed Rank with significance level of p is smaller than 0,05. The result of research got p value equal 0,003 namely p is smaller than 0,05 which means that there is influence of self adaptation exercise to depression level of patient with breast cancer
