This condition must be anticipated immediately by increasing a healthy lifestyle through PHBS. One of the efforts in health promotion to increase knowledge is to conduct health education regarding clean and healthy living behavior, especially in schools. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of health promotion on elementary school children in increasing knowledge of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) at Al-Irsyad Elementary School, Batu City. In this study the research method used was quantitative research using a Pre-Experimental Design or Pre-Experimental Design with the One Group Pretest Posttest Design approach. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. In this study, there were 34 children of grade 4 as samples. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that prior to being given health promotion they had sufficient knowledge with a percentage of 44.12% and less knowledge with a percentage of 55.88%, and after being given health promotion the respondents had good knowledge with a percentage of 100%. There is an effect of health promotion on increasing students' knowledge, based on the results of statistical tests showing 0.000 < 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion is that there is an effect of health promotion on knowledge of elementary school children regarding PHBS in grade IV students at Al-Irsyad Elementary School, Batu City.
2023-10-22T00:00:00+07:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ojs.poltekkes-malang.ac.id/index.php/jpk/article/view/3650 Potential Of Celery (Apium graveolens L) And Strawberry (Fragaria sp) As Functional Drink Of Apiga On Blood Pressure2023-12-31T13:22:46+07:00CATURINI MEIDYA NUGRAHASARIcaturinimeidya14@gmail.comEndang Sutjiaticaturinimeidya14@gmail.comAnnasari Mustofacaturinimeidya14@gmail.com
Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that is a health problem in the world, based on Riskesdas data, the prevalence of hypertension sufferers in the population aged 18 years in Indonesia has increased from 25.8% in 2013 to 34.1% in 2018. Celery has a weakness in taste, it is necessary to add other food ingredients, namely strawberries and give the name APIGA Drink from the Latin name, celery (Apium graveolens L) and strawberry (Fragaria sp). The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of celery (Apium graveolens L) and strawberries (Fragaria sp) as APIGA functional drinks (Apium and Fragaria) on systolic and diastolic blood pressure in outpatient hypertension patients at Yosomulyo Public Health Center Banyuwangi. This type of research is pre-experimental, with a one-group pretest-pottest design, with 30 patients as respondents. Giving drink once a day for 3 consecutive days as much as 250 ml/g. Normality test using Shapiro Wilk. Statistical analysis used the Wilcoxon signed test and paired t-test. The average systolic blood pressure before being given the APIGA functional drink intervention was 162.23 mmHg in the stage II hypertension category and the average diastolic blood pressure was 94.67 mmHg included in the stage I hypertension category. The average systolic blood pressure after being given the APIGA functional drink intervention was 145.57 mmHg in the category I hypertension and the average diastolic blood pressure was 84.20 mmHg included in the prehypertension category. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect between systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients with hypertension after being given the APIGA functional drink intervention on the blood pressure of outpatients with hypertension at Yosomulyo Public Health Center Banyuwangi with p value = 0.000.

Kata Kunci : Seledri, Stroberi, Tekanan darah, Hipertensi
2023-10-22T00:00:00+07:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ojs.poltekkes-malang.ac.id/index.php/jpk/article/view/3905 Formulation Of Mocaf Flour, Green Bean Flour, and Selar Fish Flour On Energy Value, Chemical Quality, and Organoleptic Quality Of Cookies as PMT for School Children2023-12-31T13:22:52+07:00Bayu Daeka Permanabayupermana269@gmail.comMaryam Razakbayupermana269@gmail.comAstutik Pudjirahajubayupermana269@gmail.com
The 2018 Basic Health Research reported that 9.2% of school-age children in Indonesia have a thin nutritional status. Type Research laboratory experiment research design Completely randomized design (CRD) with the treatment of the proportions of mocaf flour, mung bean flour and selar fish meal. The research used 3 levels of treatment with 3 replications. The results of the research on the formulation of mocaf flour, mung bean flour and selar fish flour had a significant effect on the moisture content, ash content, carbohydrate content, aroma and taste of cookies. In the menstrual cycle, changes in hormone levels will occur when a young woman will experience menstruation. This can affect changes in the physical and emotional conditions of adolescent girls before menstruation, which is commonly referred to as premenstrual syndrome (Ministry of Women and Children Empowerment of the Republic of Indonesia, 2015). The prevalence of premenstrual syndrome in Indonesia is 70-90% in women of childbearing age and it is found that 2-10% are experiencing severe symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (Sari and Priyanto, 2018). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between academic stress and body mass index (BMI) with premenstrual syndrome in 9th grade students of SMPN 1 SUMBERPUCUNG. This type of research is a correlation design that uses a cross sectional approach. A sample of 31 9th grade students were selected using a total sampling technique. In research using Spearman Rank data analysis, there is a relationship between academic stress and premenstrual syndrome which results in value < (0.002 < 0.05). Meanwhile, the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and premenstrual syndrome produces a value of value < (0.015 < 0.05). based on the results of this study, students should be able to manage and control their emotions so that stress does not occur and always maintain a pattern eat to stay at a normal BMI.
2023-10-25T00:00:00+07:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ojs.poltekkes-malang.ac.id/index.php/jpk/article/view/3945 The Relationship Between Gadget Use and Sleep Quality in Class VII Adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Blitar2024-01-02T10:17:33+07:00Kartika Dwi RahmaKartikadwirahma07@gmail.comTri AnjaswariKartikadwirahma07@gmail.comSulastyawati SulastyawatiKartikadwirahma07@gmail.comJoko WiyonoKartikadwirahma07@gmail.com
Gadgets are the latest technology created with various applications that can present various news media, social networks and even entertainment.
